Split Horizontally and Fix Position command

Summary

Splits the current window horizontally into fixed positions.

Description

This command splits the current window into two horizontal panes, and fixes the split position at the center of the window immediately.

How to Run

• Default Menu: None
• All Commands: Window > Split > Split Horizontally and Fix Position
• Toolbar: None
• Status Bar: None
• Default Shortcut Key: None
