Where is configuration metatdata stored? When I define a new configuration, where is the metadata for that stored? I had to reinstall windows (and everything else too) and after reinstalling EmEditor I noticed that none of my custom configurations are present. I do have a backup of both \documents and settings and \program files directories and I'm hoping my configurations are saved. |

Most settings are stored in the Registry. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EmSoft and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EmSoft You can use "Import and Export" on the Tools menu to export your settings. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thank you!
