doesn't open file properly when select UTF-16BE When I open file encoded as UTF-16BE without BOM, EmEditor will prompt to ask which encoding to open file. If I select UTF-16BE, EmEditor will open the file as UTF-16LE, but if I reload the file by visiting File -> Reload -> Same Encoding, then EmEditor will open file properly

I reproduced this issue. It will be fixed by the next minor version - 11.0.2. Thank you!
