The Batch Replace feature is quite awesome, except perhaps for the dialog layout. As it stands now, when you resize the dialog the "Find" and "Replace" fields change width.

I believe it would be more advantageous for the Batch Find/Replace area to be able to be resized. I did a bit of cut n pasting of the existing layout and came up with the following that I would like to request.



With this design, all the elements can be anchored except for the Find/Replace and "Batch listview" - which would be able to grow and shrink as the dialog window is resized. As well I moved some of the buttons to perhaps a more accessible position.

Please consider this small tweak to the layout of the Batch Replace dialog,
