You will find the option ”Line Space” within the ”Display”-Tab of the Configuration Properties-Dialog.

Quote:
EmEditor Home - EmEditor Help - Dialog Boxes - Configuration Properties - Display tab

Line Space text box
Specify the amount of space between lines. This value corresponds to 1/10 of the height of a single line.

thanks to this option is enabled condense several lines, but still they look sparse. so would make them even more tightly to stay 1 pixel between the end of the "y" and the start symbol "f"

Some fonts have more space than others. I made myself a bitmapped font (since that is the only tool I had to make a font) that is very compact. It's based on a one of the misc fonts from a unix system.
