Snippet Plugin: "Edit > Modify > auto save" question If i edit an snippets, it is automatically saved.
Means: * open an snippet to modify * modify * close the tab Snippet is modified! No question, no [OK] What sounds fine first can messing-up our snippets if we play around and close the edit-tab, while thinking we will be asked to save or not. Or think this closing without Ctrl+S is like canceling. But instead our mess is saved automatically. I think, once closed there is no way to undo an modification. Is this the indented behavior? Shouldn't we be asked to save if doc is dirty? Like an normal document too. |

Re: Snippet Plugin: "Edit > Modify > auto save" question Hi Stefan,
This is the intended behavior. The modified documents are automatically saved, so I thought we shouldn't need prompt to ask. If there were prompts, there is another problem when trying to close the plug-in (when opening a new plug-in custom bar, for instance). However, in the future, I might include the snippets plug-in to the EmEditor core so that I can add an option to ask for the prompt. Thanks!
