Suggest to display the string length when highlighted I am missing this functionality I saw somewhere:
when I highlight a word or just any string or a combination of them in a line/sentence the status bar would list the string's length. It currently displays the line # and the char position at the cursor, but the length is super useful when say figuring out string length issues (e.g. deviation from specs) in say a comma separated values file. |

You can customize which items you want to show in the Status Bar. Please go to Customize on the Tools menu, click the Status tab, and check "Number of Characters". For the screenshot, please see: http://images.emeditor.com/v11_customize_status.png Thank you,
