I'd love to have tail type functionality in EmEditor. I have to read several log files and being able to have emeditor open, especially while highlighting several search terms would make things extremely nice. Bundled with the new project support means I can open the many log files I have to look at all at once!

Also this is link to a sort-of bug which I won't report separately unless you'd like me to. That is that it's almost impossible to close emeditor once you open a log file that's constantly being written to. The "file has changed" dialog keeps popping up. :)
