To receive all update notifications by e-mail:

If you have not already created an account in this site, Click Register Now under the Login menu on the left side of this screen, and create your account.

Use your account name and password to login to this site.

Go to News, and click Notify me when any new story is posted.

Go to Forums, and click Notify me of any new posts.

Go to Library, and click Notify me when any new file is posted.

Finally, click Edit Accounts under the User Menu on the left side, select Email (use address in my profile) for Notification Method, and also select Notify me of all selected updates for Default Notification Mode. Click Save Changes.

Now you will receive all the updates in news, forums, and library except your own posts.
