Hi CrashNBurn, try <Ctrl> + <Enter> instead of <Enter> when you entering a multiline-search-string in the multiline-edit-box.

The multiline option in Find/Replace files doesn't do what you think... it just makes the edit box multi-line.

Well... You are right, the "Find in Files" or "Replace in Files" window lacks the convenience. Perhaps you could use regular expression or escape sequence to perform a multiline search/replace.
