Re: open all selected with right click Quote:
If one would use the help > Search tab: search for "context" One would find: - Dialog Boxes - Customize dialog box (found e.g. at Tools menu) - Shortcut tab - [More Shortcuts...] [X] Add a shortcut to the Context Menu on Explorer check box . |

Re: open all selected with right click with the "Open with" command, indeed it opened only one file
however it opens all of them when I choose the "edit" command so I guess I have to use the "EmEditor" command in the context menu how do I enter the "EmEditor" command in context menu, because it's missing now thanks! |

Re: open all selected with right click Did you try Notepad and Paint? Did you try "Open with" commands instead?

Re: open all selected with right click I dont think it's a limitation by Windows XP.
If you select two .doc files and you right-click and choose "Open", they will both open in MS Office Word (seperate windows for each document) same with .pdf files, that will open with your default pdf viewer (for me, PDF-XChange viewer, will open all of them in seperate tabs) |

Re: open all selected with right click Hello user,
I tried with EmEditor v11.1.7 with Windows XP+SP2, and if you right-click on Explorer, and select "Open With" > "EmEditor", only one file is open. However, you see the same behavior with Notepad, too. If you select multiple bitmap images and select Open with Paint, the same. I think this is the Windows behavior. Please select "EmEditor" on the context menu instead. Thanks!
