Re: Under What Conditions "Insert New Lines" Works?
Oh, OK, I am on the No Wrap setting and thus this does not apply, was not immediately apparent.

Thank You! ... But I would love to have it enabled to be at par with the "Remove New Lines" please.

This then makes the functionality toggle and work in conjunction with the No Wrap mode.

PS: A better name for "Remove New Lines" IMHO would be "Remove New Line Endings"/"Insert New Line Endings".

Hello,

The "Insert New Lines" command is enabled only when you use one or wrap modes. If a line is wrapped, a new line is inserted to the wrapped point at each line.

I hope this makes sense.

Thank you!

Under What Conditions "Insert New Lines" Works?
Hello,

I am curious under what circumstances the "Insert New Lines" (F7) functionality supposed to work?

FYI: what it currently seems to me - this piece of functionality does not get enabled no matter what.

Most likely I do not understand its intended usage, so pardon my ignorance.
