(Correct me if this is some anomaly in my Win7 or whatever problems of configuration)

In ver. 9.17, on Win7 Ultimate 32-bit, I noticed buggy work of 2 functions:
1) when applying Convert to lower/uppercase/capitalize to paragraph of txt file, a paragraph is deleted.
2) when invoking find function for ANY string, EmEditor stops at the beginning of every file's paragraph as if each paragraph started with searched string.
