I downloaded your file, and reproduced the issue. Actually, since this is a CSV file, the mode change to the CSV mode takes too much time after EmEditor loads the file. Please go to configuration properties, "File" tab and clear the "Detect CSV" check box. I will try to improve this feature. Thanks again!
