It suddenly occurs to me this is just why some commands I need are not included, which I thought was by design before.
I will never know if I don’t reset my menu. So maybe you should check them all over to see if there are more missing.
The items below (in the default TrayIconMenu(1) ) are not in the “Commands” list for “Tray Icon”:
Open Workspace
▲ Open this one’s properties and you can see that the list content is actually for “Jump List”.
Save Workspace
Save Workspace As
Recent Workspace

List of New Configurations
▲ This one has a space at the end.

Suggestion:
Some apps (e.g. Beyond Compare) add recent workspaces into Jump List, along with the recent files.
It’s even more convenient.
And they can be pinned.
