The process to export is just copy the Registry key at:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareEmSoftEmEditor v3

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareEmSoftEmEditorPlugIns

So, you should be able to copy these registry keys by any scripting languages.
