You can’t reproduce either of them?

All can be reproduced with just default settings (v16.9.3):

Right-click issue is the simplest one.
No more info I can think of to add.

Middle-click issue:
Only when the view is scrollable.
Add enough lines, or make the window small.

Double-click issue:
Left-click Action should be “None”.
