As I said, my settings were out-of-the-box.

Search and replace string did not include regex

ex. Replace AND with XXXXXXXXXX

Pretty simple

My environment is Vista 64-bit, but I do not think that has anything to do with it since the other programs are 32-bit as well so some thunking should be taking place.
