Please try disabling all plug-ins and outlining.
If the issue persists, after exporting all settings, you can select “Reset All Settings” command (Tools > All Commands > Tools), and see if you can reproduce the issue. If the issues stops, you can gradually change the settings and see which settings cause the issue.
