OK. I think there is a bug that even if you uncheck “Automatically display the HTML Bar for selected configurations” in the plug-in properties, it will not remember when you run EmEditor again. However, to work around this, you can check all configurations in the list of the HTMLBar properties while “Automatically display the HTML Bar for selected configurations” is checked.
