1 window per command line

Open In = New Window

EmEditor.exe File1
EmEditor.exe File2
EmEditor.exe File3
Run these command lines one by one in a flash (almost simultaneously).

EmEditor used to open 3 windows.
** But now 3 files are opened in 1 window.

It should be 1 window per command line in such cases according to the setting, no matter how fast the command lines are triggered.
