Ability to find search the entire file even when it is still loading

Hi.

Thank you for EmEditor v10.

I would like to request the ability to find search the entire file even when it is still loading.

Currently when I open a file, press Ctrl+F, enter a search term, and then click “Find Down”, EmEditor will only search the file in those lines that have already been loaded.

I expected EmEditor to search the entire file, so that if the file is still loading, the “Searching Line” upper bound value may be unknown until the entire file is loaded.

Hi icnocop,

Thanks for your input. I might consider that in future version. Meanwhile, you can use “Find in Files” feature and search only the active file.
