"Add a line" problem

Source file: \t\t
1. Double-clicking on the bottom of the line number. => OK, it can add a line.
2. Double-clicking on the right space on the CSV header. => Seems OK, but CR/LF/EOF mark have a problem, it doesn’t inside the cell.
3. Double-clicking on the bottom of the line number again. => It will create inconsistent number of columns.

This issue was addressed on v17.2.0 beta 5 or v17.2.0 official version.
