Add "Keyboard Map…" button on Keyboard Properties tab/dialog

It’s possible to open the Keyboard Properties tab/dialog from the Keyboard Map window, so it makes sense to have a button to open the Keyboard Map window from the Keyboard Properties tab/dialog.

There is a button already in the toolbar. The button is the same as the Properties button, but if you hover to the button, it shows as the Keyboard Properties as a tooltip.

I mean to go the other way – ie. a button on the Keyboard config dialog to open the Keyboard Properties window.
