Add "Line Properties" pane View option?

Hello, a colleague showed me Gamut LogViewer this morning while we were both looking at FIX log files. Gamut has a cool feature where it displays the entire file line, wrapped, in a Line Properties pane at the bottom of the app window. When he showed that to me my first reaction was “Wow! I wish EmEditor could do that.” The easiest way I can think of to “describe” that feature is to include a screenshot of Gamut.
