Add Locate button for the CHM manual

Hello,

The official CHM help manual has not been compiled to show the Locate button (sorry it’s in Chinese):

The Locate button reveals current page in the TOC sidebar (aka “Contents Tri Pane”). EmEditor’s help manual has excellent navigation guide, but Locate is quicker and better in many cases. Thank you.

(The help manual is obviously not about the Core, but I failed to find a better place. Sorry.)
