    If “All Commands” menu should include all, these four are missing:
    CR Only (Filter toolbar)
    LF Only (Filter toolbar)
    CR+LF (Filter toolbar)
    Others (Filter toolbar)

    These missing commands will be included to the All Commands menu on the next version.
