    Always Show 1 Line above/below Cursor.

    It should happen when the mouse button is Up (rather than Down), otherwise a selection could be made at times.

    Scroll down and let the current line be the 1st visible line.
    Move cursor horizontally (or even by clicking).
    Is it possible not to scroll?

    At the bottom, it should be trigged only in the last totally-visible line, rather than in the last second totally-visible line. Otherwise, the issue will still occur in the last totally-visible line.
