autosave suggestions/improvements

hello

I would like to make some sugegstions for the ‘autosave every x minutes’ feature

1)
it doesnt have any meaning to autosave a document every x minutes if there is no change after the last time it was saved

so I think it should autosave every x minutes, only when the file has changed

2)
I would like the autosave saved files to be timestamped
eg file.01252007.txt

3)save every seconds, not only minutes
