Batch Replace dialog (layout)

The Batch Replace feature is quite awesome, except perhaps for the dialog layout. As it stands now, when you resize the dialog the “Find” and “Replace” fields change width.

I believe it would be more advantageous for the Batch Find/Replace area to be able to be resized. I did a bit of cut n pasting of the existing layout and came up with the following that I would like to request.

With this design, all the elements can be anchored except for the Find/Replace and “Batch listview” – which would be able to grow and shrink as the dialog window is resized. As well I moved some of the buttons to perhaps a more accessible position.

Please consider this small tweak to the layout of the Batch Replace dialog,
