When clicking Import to import the tsv file, I can only see entries in the Find column and nothing in the Replace With.
I have used a tab as a delimiter. When running the replacements, any matches are simply deleted (replaced with nothing).

Hmmm, I see, the tsv format is a bit more complex, it needs to be
on[tab]find[tab]replace[tab]W

W in case one wants to find word only. I wish I could find this info in the help files…
