    Customize Plug-ins -> Properties, disable “Automatically display the HTMLBar for selected configuratuions”.
    Under the following conditions, however, HTMLBar Automatically display :
    1. Edit with EmEditor in the HTML file context menu in Windows Explorer.
    2. Send to EmEditor in the context menu in Windows Explorer.
    3. View Source in the context menu in Internet Explorer.

    This will be fixed on beta 13.
