    Jut loaded b9 on a clean box (xpsp2 x64).

    Steps:
    1. Go to Tools| Properties for All Configurations.
    2. Under General, select Show Line Numbers and Show Ruler.
    3. Click OK

    Instead of seeing the grayish background with red numbers for both areas, the background is white. If I go to the Properties for All Configurations|Display tab, the colors for Ruler and Line Numbers are correct (red on gray).
