Bug?: .esy ; EmEditor Syntax File import ignores the Highlight (2) settings

Starting with for example:

and then importing an esy file with

using the following button under Highlight(1)

Results in no change in Highlight(2)

The settings under Highlight(1) are imported correctly, but not Highlight(2)

I believe this is a bug, or at least inconsistent behaviour.
