Bug in Open Documents plug-in

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Open a number of files.
2. Open the Open Documents panel.
3. Right-click the Open Documents panel –> Arrange by
4. Activate the following options: ‘Active’, ‘Ascending Order’, ‘Auto-Arrange’.
5. Click on a file in the Open Documents panel.

Expected result: The file you have clicked in step 5 will become active and will become the topmost file in the Open Documents panel.

Actual result: Another file will be displayed and will become the topmost file in the Open Documents panel.
