    “Toos—>Properties for …” is unavailable!
    It can let Emeditor crash easily!

    9.03—XP sp3.

    I suspect the file is corrupted. Where did you download the file from? Please make sure the downloaded file’s digital signature is correct. See http://www.emeditor.com/modules/download2/rewrite/tc_2.html
