    1:
    Default settings.
    Switch to a CSV mode.
    Click “Disable automatic switching to Cell Selection Mode” in the notification.
    It opens the “Customize” dialog.
    ** But the destination is not correct.

    2:
    Disable “Switch to Cell Selection Mode Automatically”.
    Switch to normal mode.
    Switch to a CSV mode.
    ** It shows the notification again.
