change default input language

how do I make emeditor to write in other than english language by default when opening a new document?

(instead of changing language by shift+ctrl)

furthemore, is it possible to associate another shortcut to change language apart from shift+ctrl?

You can open an IME by a particular configuration, but I don’t think there is any way to change the current input language. If this is an important option you need, I might consider that in future, possibly as a plug-in or a macro.
