    Emed64 v17.7.92
    Problem 1. If select CJK EXT. B~F character first, and then press Ctrl + I, it cannot show the dialog box.

    Problem 2. If put the cursor before the CJK EXT. B~F character first, and then press Ctrl + I, it will be crashed.

    (Emed64 v17.7.91 is ok.)
