When “Synchronize Outline Bar and Outline Guide” is enabled.
Right-click popup menu: “Collapse All”, “Level 2~5” and “Expand All” in Outline Bar doesn’t work.

If “Synchronize Outline Bar and Outline Guide” is disabled,
Right-click popup menu: “Collapse All”, “Level 2~5” and “Expand All” in Outline Bar works fine.

“Collapse All”, “Level 2~5” and “Expand All” in Edit menu, Toolbar…works fine as well, no matter if “Synchronize Outline Bar and Outline Guide” is enabled or disabled.
