Command line option for CSV mode

I feel it’s necessary to add a command line option to force a CSV mode.
Because CSV detection could fail on non standard files.
And with the option we can use more than 8 formats.

I am adding the /csv option to specify the initial CSV mode in command line on the next version. Thanks,

How about adding 2 options:

To specify the initial CSV mode :
/csv “format-10”

To detect CSV by the order:
/dcsv “format-10” “format-1” “format-20”
