Conflict between CSV mode and WordComplete plugin?

Create a Text file containing the following
Test, Test
Test

Enable CSV Mode and WordComplete plugin
Go to cell 2,2
Enter Te and then wait for the Word Complete plugin to Suggest Test
Select the suggestion
The cell now reads TestTe instead of Test

I should have mentioned that Cell selection needs to be on. Otherwise, WordComplete works fine.
