    I will be grateful if EmEditor can easily tell how many characters(unicode characters) is in current selection(selection by highlight by mouse or Shift+direction key).

    Wordcount can only count words, but not chars.

    Although there is no reply to my topic, I’m glad to see EmEditor 7.00.5’s Word Count plugin does just want I’ve expected, and even more.
