Crash when inserting numbers (Alt + N) and DirectWrite render glitches

EmEditor crashed when I tried to insert numbers to multiple-selected empty lines:

I am unable to reproduce the crash, through opening the above mentioned crash report with EmEditor (DirectWrite ON) caused another glitch:

(Both the text and line number is glitched) Seems to only happen when open the file and scrolling down with mouse scroller.

The render is correct when using GDI renderer, only happens with DirectWrite enabled.
