CSV detection

Issue 1:

Step 1:
Properties for “Text” configuration: File: CSV files to Detect:
The 1st one “Comma separated” is checked.

Step 2:
Customize: CSV:
Move up “Tab separated” to the top.

Step 3:
Properties for “Text” configuration: File: CSV files to Detect:
** Now “Tab separated” is checked.

Issue 2:
When a CSV file is open, and if the columns are wide, the current position could be beyond the right edge instead of in the visible area.
I guess this is because the column expanding happens after the position jumping.

By the way,
I think the “Jump to the first invalid character” option also needs an accelerator key.
