Customize: CSV: CSV Formats list:

1:
Select an item that has “Toolbar button title”.
Uncheck its “Toolbar button title” option but keep the text.
Copy the item and paste.
The new item should keep the text in “Toolbar button title”.

2:
Copy an item and paste.
Please change the name for the new item by default, to remind the user which is which.
Changing/deleting the old one could affect CSV-file-detecting (in configuration properties).
