Customizable pairs

Thanks for adding more pairs.
But just like the new “URI Schemes”, please also consider making the pairs customizable.
A different language might need other pairs, e.g. “〈〉” is still missing for me.
And one might want to add one’s own character pairs (not only usual ones, not only brackets).
And I expect this feature can also serve for Markdown auto-completion.
