Customize dialog box font problem

Emed64_18.0.7 Win7 64bit, Customize dialog box font is ok.

But, Emed64_18.0.8 Customize dialog box font looks strange, it does not match the dialog box title font.
And the line spacing is smaller than 18.0.7.

This is due to customer requested issue:

But I might find a solution between these two.
