decrypt Tools string in eeCommon.ini

Hi, is it possible for you

to decrypt the Tools-settings

[Common]
Tools-Size=1424
Tools=0108FF000800000011000000490….
to make it readable by human
and store it as plain text
like the macro and plugins settings please?

Like:
[Tools]
T1Title=Internet Explorer
T1Command=C:ProgrammeInternet Exploreriexplore.exe
T1Argument=”$(Path)”
T1Dir=$(Dir)
T1IconPath=C:ProgrammeInternet Exploreriexplore.exe
T1SaveFile=0

T1OutputBar=0

That way we can edit tools settings in the ini
without going through the menu
and we could share tool settings at easy like this:
T2Title=Open AHK Hilfe
T2Command=\%SystemRoot\%hh.exe
T2Argument=mk:@MSITStore:..AutoHotkey.chm::/docs/commands/$(CurText).htm
