delete in multiple files

hello

I have a folder with subfolders and I want in all the files:

1) to delete lines that contain “wOrD” as a word (between borders) and case sensitive
2) to delete empty newlines (all lines should be one below the other without any empty newline)

can you tell me please how to do it
